At XbotGo, we stand behind our smart sports tracking technology and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device is unused and in its original packaging, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the XbotGo gimbal, tripod, and all included accessories in their original box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
